Sigalit Landau (b. Jerusalem, 1969) is one of Israel’s leading artists, working with installation, video, painting, photography, and sculpture. Landau’s work has been exhibited in major institutions around the world, including solo exhibitions at
Documenta X, Kassel; Museo Reina Sofia, Madrid; KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Berlin; The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York City; MACBA, Barcelona; The Israel Museum, Jerusalem; and Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Tel Aviv. She also represented Israel in the 54th International Art Exhibition—la Biennale di Venezia (2011).
