Nir Peled (Pilpeled)

Nir Peled, known as Pilpeled (b. 1985, Israel) is a contemporary artist, street artist, graphic designer, and illustrator. From the streets of Tel Aviv to Los Angeles, his bold black-and-white murals have become instantly recognizable. Since beginning his artistic practice over two decades ago, Pilpeled’s visual language has become iconic, often including the Third Eye and a dog named Comet, as well as tribal patterns. While strictly black and white in palette, his work is layered and expressive, with textured strokes that feel carved rather than drawn.
